PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of De’Longhi Group New Zealand Ltd and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 3. The promotion is as follows: Consumers who purchase and pay in full for any qualifying Kenwood Kitchen Machine (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating retailer between 18/4/19 to 04/05/19 (“Promotional Period”) and who complete and submit an official Redemption Form will receive bonus Kenwood Kitchen Machine Attachment/s via redemption. Purchase of a Kenwood Cooking Chef KCC9040S will receive three bonus attachments, purchase of a Chef Titanium XL KVL8300S will receive two bonus attachments, and purchase of Chef Sense XL KVL6100 or Chef Sense KVC5100 will receive one bonus attachment. The Bonus Offer products available to the consumer will reflect the Kenwood kitchen machine attachment range offered and are strictly limited stock. Valid Kenwood kitchen machine attachments include: Compact Chopper / Grinder AT320A Glass Liquidiser KAH358/9GL, Mincer KAX950ME, Pasta Roller KAX980ME, Xtract Sport Blender KAH740PL. Offer is valid on retail purchases at participating retailers only and excludes commercial sales. A “Participating Retailer” refers to any retailer that operates from shop fronts in New Zealand (including both the shop front and any online store operated by such retailers). A Participating Retailer does not include a retailer who only operates online stores without shop fronts. Seconds and refurbished products not eligible for offer. 4. Redemption of bonus product is applicable once purchased goods are paid for in full. 5. Only one claim per customer per product purchased will be accepted. 6. Customers must complete the Redemption Form and send it, along with a copy of their tax invoice receipt to: Kenwood Mother’s Day Bonus Attachment Promotion, PO Box 58056 Botany, Manukau 2163. 7. Only correct, legible, completed Official Redemption Forms received by last mail 28/06/2019 will be accepted otherwise the claim will be deemed invalid. 8. Please allow 60 days for delivery of your bonus product. 9. Customers must state an address where bonus product can be delivered to, PO box addresses will not be accepted. Bonus product will be couriered to the provided address. 10. Claims will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the claims due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Claims must be complete and legible. 11. Bonus products are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 12. This offer is not redeemable in store. 13. Kenwood bonus product may vary from that shown subject to availability. In the event that the bonus product is not available, the Promoter will substitute another bonus product/s to the same and equal recommended retail value and/ or specification. 14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the bonus product save that it is to the same and equal recommended retail value and /or specification. 15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the bonus products, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 16. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or otherwise behaved in a manner inconsistent with the spirit and intent of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and without giving reasons. 18. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. An entrant is entitled to access his/her personal information by calling Kenwood on 0508 200 300. 19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and if consent has been provided by the entrant, the Promoter may use the entrants names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant by calling Kenwood on 0508 200 300.
