Shipping & Delivery
NZ made or sourced products should be delivered to you within 2-3 working days, however please note that product processing is only completed during working hours. Purchases made after hours or over the weekend are then processed on the next working day.
Internationally sourced products can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you have concerns please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Customs & import taxes
Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.
As many of our items are shipped from hand picked vendors from around the world, shipping charges are calculated according to each unique items weight. This fee is added to your shopping cart once you have added your address and postal code.
After your payment is verified, it can still take 1-5 business days to process your order before shipment. This is NOT included in your “Delivery time”.
Delivery may also take longer during holidays or weekends.
For standard shipping, orders will be processed in 1-5 days and 7-15 working days for the delivery under average circumstances. Due to the nature of shipping however, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Please contact us if the delivery time reaches 45 days by emailing email@example.com so we can look at tracing your item or if lost, issue you a issue a full refund.
1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.
2. We do not ship to Africa areas except Egypt and South Africa.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
If the order is already shipped, please sign for the parcel and refer to our return policy. We will not accept any responsibility if customers refuse to sign for their parcel.
2. Unsuccessful delivery
In some cases delivery may not be successful because of the following reasons:
- Incorrect address
- Shipping company couldn’t get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address
- Awaiting collection as requested by the recipient, but the recipient didn’t show up
- The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign for their parcel directly without contacting us first.
We are not responsible for these conditions and while we can assist you with tracking information, you will be required to organise your own redelivery.
