Low Carb Creamy Chicken and Pasta
- 250 grams of diced Chicken
- Olive Oil for Frying
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 generous tbsp of cream cheese
- 1 heaped tsp of grainy mustard
- 1 pack of konjac noodles (around 400 grams)
Pan fry chicken in oil till cooked through but still tender
Gently blend cream, cream cheese and mustard till mixed through but not till it turns to butter
Pour mix on to chicken and gently simmer till it starts to thicken (around 2 minutes)
Empty konjac noodles from pack into a sieve and rinse under cold water
Place in boiling water for 1-2 mins, then drain and pour into pan with chicken and sauce
Mix through and let simmer for 1-2 mins
Serve and enjoy!
