This website is operated by Monique Bradley, a keynote speaker, MC, and storytelling coach based in Auckland, New Zealand. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Monique Bradley. This policy applies to the website at moniquebradley.tv and all associated pages and services.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
• 04Course reflection answers: If you use the online course and choose to write answers to the reflection questions, those answers are stored and associated with your email address so you can access them when you return.

• Send you the newsletter you subscribed to

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• 01Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy. We do not store your card details. Stripe may set cookies on your device during the checkout process.
• 02Mailchimp: Email addresses collected via the contact form and newsletter signup may be synced to our Mailchimp audience to allow us to send email communications. Mailchimp is operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC and has its own Privacy Policy.
• 03Resend: We use Resend to send transactional emails, such as purchase confirmations and course reflection summaries.

Data storage and security

Your personal information is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Replit. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us using the details below.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of that information.
