Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through moniquebradley.tv. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. The seller is Monique Bradley, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Digital products

All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. Current products include:

• 0130 Storytelling Templates: A downloadable PDF pack of fill-in-the-blank storytelling templates for business use. Delivered as an instant PDF download upon purchase.
• 02Building Unbreakable Confidence: An 8-module online course delivered via a password-protected area of this website. Access is granted via a unique access token sent to your email address upon purchase.

Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's own Terms of Service.

Delivery

Digital products are made available immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an email to the address provided at checkout with access details or a download link. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to access your purchase, please contact us via the contact page.

Refund policy

Because all products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a general rule. Once a download has been accessed or course access has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

All digital products sold on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Monique Bradley. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
